The ships in that game are pretty incredible but the game mechanics lack so hard the game is soo over complicated its not fun to play

stuttering? I have a 13th gen intel cpu and no stutters. Luck? idk but I was confused hearing about people having performance issues. Now I hear Intel CPUS are the issue? Weird.

Kerbal space program is kind of similar, in that you can just go anywhee you want. It's basically just an open world space exploration game that focusses on realism while being fun at the same time. It also has a pretty good modding community and they have made some amazing stuff over the years. It's just a bit sad about what happened to its sequal ksp2. The original is already 11 years old but the development on the sequal was recently scrapped(I think).

So far im sticking with moonveil powerstanced with a cold uchi, with a few sorceries to boot. It plowed through most of the base game but 0 bosses found so far in the DLC, just exploring.

This is bad for video games overall, imagine if other major developers started to patent their gameplay systems.

There are A LOT of larval tears in the DLC man. They spawn during the night in clearly lighted areas with a circle of special blue graves around them

You don't get to space by going straight 'up'. Orbit, and interplanetary navigation are achieved by increasing speed to tens of thousands of mph. Just orbiting earth requires more than 17,500 mph. Going 'straight up' to space at 500 mph is really silly pseudo science. But then again this is 'scam citizen'

what i dont like is in the end Max loses the car and chum is ☠️ but aftet the game chum and the car are back... very poor continuity design...

If they only put 1 OR EVEN JUST 3-5 larval tears in the DLC, they’re fools. I hope they stop this “limited respec” crap they always do. Other games have moved beyond this. I think Wo Long made it suuuuuper convenient iirc. Once u unlock the respec guy, you can respec as many times as u want for free, AND you could even save a build (stats, weapons, armor, equipment setup), and then hot swap between them at any flag site. I wish From did that, but it took like 7 games to get the slightest bit of convenience functionality / quality of life improvements outta them lol. I don’t even care if the respec costs souls, but make it infinite respecs.

A lot of souls fans are pissed because the dlc is difficult and they can't just shut off their brain and one shot all of the bosses.

Watching this after Betheda's announcement of their mod store really shows how their priorities have really shifted away from making a good game, and they're just a marketing corporation at this point.

As someone who really loves space exploration and leaving earth . This game type needs to happen with major depth. Like earth is kool but not the main point . I’ve never understood why we haven’t really done this in human history. Just stuck on earth boring

My friend and I have very similar PCs (4080, Ryzen 7 7700x) I have almost perfect performance and my friends game will stutter every couple of minutes.

Atomic Heart literally follows the same path Callisto Protocol did, where it came out a mess but it got better and became a solid but not amazing game. It's also to Bioshock what Callisto is to Dead Space, where it's close but no cigar.

$700M and 10 years, you could build a real spacecraft and launch into space for real.

Been loving it so far. My main complaint is that I wish there were a few more rewards for exploring meticulously (hidden secrets, etc.) and that so many of the rewards weren't just smithing stones lol. Otherwise it's phenomenal, all the new weapons are so cool. I just switched to dual wielding the Perfume Bottles and it's hilarious lol

Thank God there's someone I can get honest reviews from. I used to watch yong yea back in the day, and when he dropped his cyberpunk review, I was hyped, but then he lied his ass off. Great game now, a disaster at launch.

Mod support brought me back but I forgot how BORING and bland this game is. Random loot and random caves on random planets. Every quest is “go through 5 loading screens and spam A through boring dialogue before u turn in the quest item” just not fun at all.

Overwhelming is absolutely the last thing that is a downside. The game is for people who want More, More of everything and not skin deep like some greats of old were.

Perspective is everything indeed haha! Many of us are wanting for a more simulation feel than the semi-arcade we have now in Star Citizen. But it's certainly worlds better than the vast majority of space games that have done the Bad Cartoon™ representation of our physical reality

Float precision is a solvable problem, but fixing it for creation engine would likely take months and months to develop and polish. They've had the resources to do that for a decade now but declined to do it.

If i were asked for a contract to 'fix' the game, I'd take it but the terms to sign would be such that nobody in their right mind would sign it. A couple of years of base tech improvements and near elimination of any time consuming tech debt, a couple if million for full story redo, another few for animation system redo and new animations. And another year to actually make a game out of it.

Developers optimise their games for what the average consumer can afford. If you buy an 8 grand rig and get issues then that’s your problem.

I thought the graphics are decent on quest 3 but not excellent, but for a mobile phone chip very good. I would of liked to see this released on PC with high end graphics then linked to quest . I think Asgard 2 looks better.

Scam citizens. By the time they "finish" this game all the scammed will be 80 yrs old or dead. It's in their best interest to take their sweet time with building the game so they can milk as much money as possible. While the scammed wait for some real content the scammers are blowin those millions on big private island parties and expensive cars.
